Hattie is an aspiring cookbook author who currently spends her days baking and making lattes for a local coffee shop. When she agrees to take her pro-athlete-obsessed bestie to a hockey game for her birthday, she never in a million years would have thought she’d be interested in one of the players - let alone end up in a fake dating scenario with him as a networking and PR stunt.
